Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges or returns are only accepted due to the following reasons:
- Product defect
- Wrong items sent
Exchange or returns will not be accepted with the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Degree of stickiness
- Degree of stickiness of products are subjective and not considered as product defect, unless the product clearly does not adhere to skin (ie. product falls immediately after putting on skin)
- Damaged parcel / packaging
Should there be a valid reason for exchange, please contact us within 5 working days from the day your receive the products.
Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds.
Miss Sticky reserves the rights to reject any exchange / returns should any conditions not be fulfilled.
